Gearstick short vibration

Gearstick short vibration
Hi
I'm about to buy a 2007 Forester 2.0 Litres Manual and I would need some help from any Forester owner.
Is it normal for the gearstick to vibrate/move visibly when starting to rev the engine (not in gear)?
When the engine is started but idle it's all OK, when I start to rev it without putting it in gear the gearstick vibrates strongly once or twice just as the engine starts working. After that everything OK, the car goes just fine, shifts very well, etc.
It may be that my question is a silly one, I hope so, so please forgive my ingnorance.
Thanks a lot,
Gelu

Thanks. I thought this might be the case. But I still worry about a faulty gearbox or a loose "something" that makes the stick move when the engine starts reving.
The Subaru Forester Owners forum was no help at all (0 replies so far) and my local club/forum is down for maintenance. So I guess I'll go for it given that the dealer I'm buying from offers 1 year warranty for the engine and transmission.
Thanks again
Best,
Gelu
