Hi there can anyone help me?
I have a 96 uk scooby wagon which has just started knocking from the rear end, it dosnt do it all the time, only seems to do it on longer journeys???
It sort of sounds like my wheel is gonna fall off, or i have a flat tyre! I have had underneath checked and there is no obvious problem, and also had the rear diff oil changed. When i brake it stops until u take ur foot off the brake and then it will do it again. Can anyone help me???

rear drop links knock when they are tired. had that problem with mine. replaced them with whitelines and the noise went. either that or you have a worn shock maybe?

the car has had new shocks fitted a month ago along with the drop links. the noise kinda sounds like sum 1 is underneath hittin the car but you only need to apply a little pressure on the brakes and the noise is gone instantly until you let of then its back. its still there under load and off load but goes when you go round a left bend
