V3 Cylinder head advise needed.

Can anyone recommed a company to carry out work on my cylinder heads. I'm wanting my cylinder heads to be gas flowed & polished and rebuilt with +1 mm oversized valve and uprated springs & retainers and shimmed up with my high lift SUB03 Kent cams which I already have.
