winding the turbo down
#2
just take it easy for a few mins before you arrive home, don't forget to allow to idle a min or two if coming off motorway for the services. any longer is a waste of time and fuel and p1sses off the neighbours (if you have a loud exhaust)

on a spirited run give it 2 mins to idle if youve been taking it easy for the last few miles just sit for 20-30 secs i know people might disagree but i do it and its piece of mind if your not used to the car.

A turbo timer is of NO use to a road car, they are designed for track cars. Never had on eor will i ever have 1. Waste of money that can be used for proper mods or fuel IMHO. May invalidate your insurance too As has been said just let it idle as you collect your crap out of the car.
