When JGM mapped my car, he suggested maybe putting some "8" plugs in.

I've currently got NGK PFR 7B's in.

What model number am I looking for, for 8's? Is there certain ones to get and others to avoid? Also, gap....what gap should these be?

NGK R7434-8 are what you want, can be ordered from the likes of Lateral Performance.

Standard gap.
