Default Fuel pressure

Hi,

Will increasing fuel pressure have a similar effect as changing injectors, ie. being able to safely increase boost pressure hence more BHP??

I have a MY95 WRX running 312 bhp on 380cc injectors and a walbro 255 fuel pump (plus other mods).

Or is it better to put in bigger injectors?

Many thanks.

312bhp on 380cc injectors is already pretty optimistic, regardless of pressure, so I would suggest it's time to up grade the injectors.

Thanks for your reply, everyone says 312 on 380's is optimistic but I have the Rolling Road printout and it is 312 bhp but only 248 ft lb torque

As I am going to stick with my standard TD05 turbo what injectors would you recommend?

Cheers

550's are probably your best bet.

I was rather hoping you weren't going to say that, as they are loads of money

I best get saving then

Thanks Mark
