Default Fuel filter-OEM or hi flow one?

I'm about to change my fuel filter, and wanted to know if it's worth fitting a hi flow one, or are the OEM ones good enough? Do they have limits?

Thanks, Mit

This sounds primarily like a way for car accessory suppliers to make more money out of unsuspecting punters! The only way a fuel filter could offer significantly "higher flow" than a standard one is if it filters significantly less effectively, and even then, the resistance offered by your filter is a fraction of that created by the pressure reg, so it'll make begger all difference in the great scheme of things.

The overwhelming factors in determining flow through your fuel rail are the pressure regulator and pump. Given that these items are designed with the original fit filter in mind, there's no obvious reason, assuming you have a standard-ish engine, to pay over the odds for something with a gaudy sticker on it.
