I've just bought a 1997 STI import and was possibly wanting to unichip it but don't know whether it's worth my while. I don't have the money for a standalone ECU at the minute.

Would appreciate anyone's views/experiences, good or bad. Just don't want to bother doing it if it isn't going to benefit the car in any way.

if you are interested i have a apexi power FC almost brand new condition make ma an offer as i have already upgraded engine to a GDB model so no dont need it anymore
