Look no further than the S206 then Martin, has made 450-505hp on my own stroker during the development phases and another 1 made 450+ yesterday on a similar setup.
Feel free to ring and I will be happy to tell you all about it.

Turbo Technics make the turbo and it available exclusively through Enginetuner.
Price is £995 + vat for the turbo oil and water lines delivered FOC, we can also supply a custom stainless downpipe with or without cat.
It fits on the stock uppipe and is perfectly suited to those with any intercooler which sends the hot side to the drivers wing shortening the pipe run removing the ugly 180 degree bend over the turbo. It requires a 3 inch intake hose similar to other hybrids on the market and we would recommend RCM or similar manifold risers.
I have included a couple of pics of one installed on my own car and a couple of dyno graphs from the development phases.
My own version is a 2.1 and spools very well making full boost at 3700rpm in 4th and 3500rpm in 5th, it certainly won't be worse on a 2 litre than a full fat GT30.
Feel free to ring for a chat should this suit your requirements.

Actually, I believe the thread was about the AFP30H which is a garret turbo from Andy Forrest Performance (based on a gt30r).

Yes it is a Classic Jap spec WRX, we are using the stock heads and cams with some flow work carried out in house with stock valves.

20G aint laggy at all i got full boost on the road at 3700 in the 3rd gear with out meth and every time i changed gear it always rpm always dropped at the sweet spot. its more a 370bhp to 420bhp turbo if you add meth on a sti, if you want 450 or more then i think the S206 is the route to go. il be changing my 20G for an S206 within the next few weeks
