Default Any Ideas??? :(

My 98 UK Impreza has developed a problem on accelaration. The turbo spools up nicely but then the car seems to hesitate from about 4k up to the red line. Only mods are panel filter, center de cat and back box. I must add it was fine with these mods up to about a week ago.

It also has the phase 2 engine and ecu + I believe the Prodrive package although don't have certificate, but it is a lot faster than a std scoob. It was also owned by Prodrive for the first few years of its life.

Any help would be much appeciated, could it be a air/fuel ratio prob?? ( I am no expert ).

get it checked right away at specialist as if over fuelling this tends to detonate engine.very common fault for blowing them up.
