I am getting a WXR with 39K on the clock. It has never had the cam belt changed. In my Subaru book it states it should be changed at 3 years or 45k. How much does it normally cost at a garage for a cam and alternator belt fitted. Does anyone know of any good garages in or around Nottingham. Thanks

 

i always use scoobyclinic up at chesterfield for all my work, top bunch of lads.

be aware you may also need a tensioner which some garage don't even bother to check :s

 

i always use paul @ Sheffield Subaru Service.

Well worth the drive.
