Hi,

Is there a specific type or brand of powersteering fluid i should use for a JDM sti v4 98?

Cant remember the options, different dextrons?

Or any PS fluid do? Even tho it goes on the track?

The reccomended fluid for the power steering on all Subaru's is Dexron III... Castrol/Halfords/Unipart...... it doesn't matter which make.

This is still the case if you are racing/rallying, just be carefull not to overfill the reservoir as the fluid getts hotter under these conditions and can expand to the point of blowing it out the top of the reservoir.
