Default WRX STI 95 Water Leak

Has a water leak under left hand side of engine pipes going to the thermostate are wet but cant see where its leaking

part of the water pump is concealed by the timing belt cover.

if its time for a timing belt change then get a new pump and do that at the same time.

oh, not saying it is but i have known of quite a few that do leak

i would start by removing the covers first and checking the water pump housing. You honestly don't want to start playing with headgaskets on these. ££££££

the age old 1st test is to see if there is "mayo" on the top of the rad cap. white smoke is another give away. loosing water but no spots under the car.

it wont be the HG leaking water though - well if it is you have a serious crack in the block/head
