as above why cant i stick some stuff up for sale in the parts etc for sale try and put a thread up says unauthorised or some rubbish?

Are you trying to list in Private for sale General or Private For Sale - Car Parts & Accessories??

If it's the latter you'll need to pay for plus membership for that.
