Newage IACV question..

When off the car, does the little spring loaded "shutter" sit fully closed, or partially open?

I'm trying to fault find on my car still!

ah-ha!

Thanks - I've had mine off today after some idle/lean issues, and the spring doesn't seem to reset it to a closed fully closed position.
