Default bit of advice please

hi everyone,probably been asked a million times so sorry in advance
just a couple of quick questions :what make plugs,what gap
:what make/grade oil,fully or semisynth
my cars an R reg sti type r import,standard apart from exhaust and filter
any advice would be grateful

hey im no expert but i would only use millers oil at every change most tuning garages will tell you the same i think and plugs can vary?
ngk pfr7b for me anyway lol

the ngk pfr6b plugs will be fine can get them from any motor factors and millers 10/40 fully synth thats what im using for my next oil change, oilman (opie oils) on here can sort you out a good deal and genuine subaru filter and washer.

got some ngk pfr6b's today from halfords and a nice discount with my trade card!
how much is the 10/40 from oilman as ive already got a genuine filter,also how much do they hold?
finally how should i get hold of oilman?

car holds 4.5 litres of oil you can do a search using quick link at top of the page to find oilman or alt go to Opie Oils for engine oil, car oil, motorbike oil, gear oil, motor oil, race oil, brake fluid hope that helps.

ive tryed mailing oilman but no reply,
ive found some fully sythentic mobil 1,0/40.
would this be ok as i need to change my oil asap and want to know if this will do the job as alot of people are saying use 10/40,surely 0/40's will do the same job if not beta??
help me please

0/40 is not recommended as its too thin i personally wouldnt use it
