what power figures can i expect?
car was exactly 270bhp at dastek before i am in middle of an upgrade these are the things that will be done
2003 wrx engine with 3" system and sports cat running a tdo4L
vf35 turbo
565cc injectors
7b plugs
fmic
headers
up pipe
fuel pump
oil catch tank
oil pump upgrade
then booked into andy forrest on the 5th for map any ideas folks????

I've got a 2.5l wrx with a similar upgrade path to yours, except i've got an upgraded TMIC rather than a FMIC and haven't done anything to the oil system. Before fitting the TMIC, Harvey headers + uppipe, and the VF35, I was getting 290 off a 3" milltek, filter & remap. After fitting the bits and a remap now does 330. Judging by my old 2.0l wrx, which did 270 with a milltek, filter & remap, I'd guess you'd get up to 320? I wouldn't have thought the FMIC would add much at this level compared to an upgraded TMIC, and may increase lag.
Worth having a look at Andy Forrest's site, with your spec you're falling between level 2a and level 3, but the headers will do more to help spool up than absolute power:
