Default silicone turbo/inuction hose!!

as above i bought a silicone inlet hose off ebay from 2fast2cool as things i bought in past from them been not bad fitted it today and not the best fit a bit squashed to get it all in place and have since been hearing alot of stories of hoses collapsing if not samco but 200 odd is alot should i be worried??
not been out in car yet as fmic getting fitted tomorrow along with radiator before i test any thoughts!!??

best thing is to try it first,if you start to loose boost around 5000 rpm then it will be sucking itself shut.a lot of people get away with using the cheap ones but personaly i would go for a good quality one as i have had trouble with this myself.

ok thanks ill see what happens if it does its probably gonna be that and i would just get a samco!lol is there an easy way of replacing them i dont know about or do you have to remove inlet every time etc??

Should be fine mate.

Myself and my mate have got a Lateral Performance silicone inlet pipe, and he has his fitted. It's slightly squashed near the turbo from the inlet manifold. But he sent a picture to Mark at Lateral, and was at Scooby Clinic, and said if they thought it was a problem he'd buy one of theirs......But they said it was fine, so in theory they could have had an easy sale, but they said they're all like it.

yeah i have looked at others as well and there all pretty much the same shape! nothing like the oe part lol
