Default BOOST CONTROL

FITTED A BOOST CONTROLER AND NOW MY ENGINE MAN LIGHT HAS COME ON IS THIS NORMAL AND HOW DO I TURN IT OFF 02 STI JDM

is it manual controler? i dont trust them without having car set up via rolling road,have you had code read through your obd port under steering wheel?need to do that first

its an aem tru boost i have had it set up on the rollers with out the controler and it was boosting to 20 psi then stared over boosting in high gears so im going to set it the same or a little less if it starts over boosting once its back on the road

Have u disconneted/unplugged the OEM boost solenoid??
If so this will give u a check engine light.

yes i did as no longer in use ill plug it back in and give it a go

Leave it pluged in but not plumed in.
