In that case i would say as above,
Check the plug gaps mate
The misfire could have originally occured as its not uncommon for turbo engines to melt a plug,
Fitting new plugs which are not correctly gapped will cause a very similar misfire.
When i serviced my old S14 turbo i was unaware what the gap should have been,
Standard out the box plugs are normally about 1.1mm, not sure what the scoob is but I needed to regap mine to 0.7mm because as soon as boost was kicking in i was losing spark and misfiring,

As above, recheck the plug gaps. If your happy that they are correct, i think 0.7mm for the gap size, i would try and rig up a gauge to check fuel pressure while on the move as a dodgy fuel pump could also cause these symptoms.

James.
