sticking actuator!!!!!!!!

Default sticking actuator!!!!!!!!

any ideas how to resolve a sticky actuator??
it only happens when driving hard on track days and it sticks open so its not boosting!
have manged to free it off with wd40 but wonder if anyne has had this problem its on a td04 turbo running 300bhp
any idears or solutions would be great thanks

I have a spare td04, which you can try my actuator

my mates got one so ill try that this week if not has anyone got any ideas not sure if its sticking on the actual actuator or the shaft in the turbo

cant believe no one has had this problem both me and a friend had it stick while doing track days??? if anyone has any idea how to get over this please let me know cheers
