I'm not knowledgeable about boost figures and remaps, but the JDM spec EJ20 revs higher to 8k and through use of equal length headers with twin scroll turbo has more torque which is available lower down the rev range and for longer.

JDM, it delivers its power far more progressivly, its smoother, has a faster steering rack, dccd etc, its just more of a focused driving machine

I thought all STi's came without the TGV valves. The VF36 turbo can handle 1.5-1.6 peak tailing to 1.1-1.2 at the red line.

03 UK STi limit is 7500
06 UK STi limit is 6900 but has tons more torque. My money would be on the UK car on a point to point, real world test.

Default jdm Hawk

Ok, went to look at the car yesterday, Nice clean car. As stated above the advert was a bit vague.
Imported from Japan July 2019 so clean under body
greddy slam panel.
upgraded air intake under bonnet scoop
Has a spec C air turbo fitted,
Whiteline rear anti roll bar and adjustable drop links. Thats all is could see from the ground.

There was a decat downpipe and new oem oil pump included in sale as a new timing belt kit was going to be fitted.
Sound guy, well into he's subarus too like the rest of us.

Left a deposit and will be back next week when i get the funds.

Plan to do:
* Soften the coilovers
* Full timing belt kit
* remap for Irish fuel
* fit a front splitter
* fit a nice guage cluster
