To be honest it's impossible to say how long it's going to 'last'

Cost, it's going to be roughly the price of a clutch swap (for labour) so you might as well (if its old) get a new clutch while you're at it (release bearing also comes in clutch kit)

as jameswrx has said replace the whole clutch as gearbox has to be removed to do the job takes about 4 hours labour time maybe more for sticky bolts excedy clutches are commonly used.

Contact API David for a price on clutch kit supplied and fitted

He uses modified Exedy Organics (rated at 350lb ft, I think) and his workforce are extremely proficient in changing clutches, keeping labour costs down (they did one in an hour once! ).

you will get to the point wen you will change it due it being annoying and noisy before it gose and wen it dose clutch wont work as bearings will wear out and outter ring will part company fron inner ring so wont pull the clutch plate back to get a gear....time wise well its a dry bearing so metal wizing round like it dose and worn bits acting like sand paper who knows.......old fords used to rattle for years they were prone to it but this is diffrent type of bearing...
