De cat turbo up pipe and the down pipes

I've got a 99 uk turbo with the prodrive ecu, can i de cat the up pipe and down pipes, and will it run ok?

I ran my old rb5 uk my99 with decat downpipe with no probs mate,but i did get the car re-mapped about 7 months later

cant comment if the car will run ok, one thing for sure you havent got a cat in the up pipe.
