P1 slight hesitation - Delta Dash plots
I've had my P1 a couple of weeks and have noticed a slight hesitation when it's cold. It's no worse than 'mildly irritating', but nevertheless gave me an excuse to treat myself to a Delta Dash in the hope that it'll save me from having to swap out perfectly good parts.
The car has 85k on the original engine (!) and otherwise feels smooth and powerful once it's on the move. Idle is a bit rough and erratic, though, despite a new MAF and ICV.
Wonder if anyone could take a look at these to see if there's any clue what might be wrong?
Plot A shows a fairly relaxed run through the gears up to 70mph or so. I've marked in red a point where the engine is doing just 5743 rpm yet the injector duty cycle is 77%, which seems a bit high to my untrained eye. (Low fuel pressure, perhaps?)
Plot B was captured during the hesitation, and there's a clearly a lag between throttle opening and the injector duty cycle increasing - again marked in red. Is this normal when the engine's cold (coolant temp is 57 degrees), or is it a symptom of a problem?
