ARC tmic
hi guys i have an arc tmic on my 93wrx and some time in the future i will be fitting a fmic so i will be looking to sell my arc. ive looked on the net and there doesnt seem to be much info on them so i was wondering if anyone has heard of them and how much it might be worth, i did find one site that quoted 2,300 dollers for a new one??? any ideas??? cheers

just done a currency conversion and its saying that new these are worth 1,056.45 pounds sterling so if i sold it i would be looking for between 500-600 and will plonk it on flea bay when im looking to sell but offer it here first

If it came with the car then I'd ****** someones arm off at anything over £150..!
By the sounds of it there's a few people on this thread who'd be willing to pay something like that for it. Why miss a boat that may never return..? Also, there's an old saying "the value of a thing is the money that it will bring"..
Sell it now if you can, that's a good wedge towards a decent FMIC..!

I bought that one sometime ago for about £100 on eBay (2nd hand) and sold it on for similar money (never fitted it) as I want to go front mount.
Just a word of caution...
If you look closely, then those ARC ones do not have the four raised sides to it, so may not create a proper seal with the bonnet's undertray! I feel that these IC's could be a step backward, as the air always wants to take the path of least resistance and I'm sure a fair proportion of it will flow around and past the four edges (instead of being funnelled through the core)...
