Default Squeaky and annoying!

Can any scooby geniuses help me, I have a squeak from my drivers side front wheel, thought it might be dirt in the brakes, so i blasted them through, it went, now its back. Also the engine sounds a bit rough, its due an oil change soon, but any more ideas? its a 99 plate with 97k on the clock. Cheers guys.
