V4 Type R STI Classic - Camber Settings?
Used the search but cant really find a definitive camber angles guide for my type R. Its a 97, on eibach springs, standard struts and standard pretty much everything else. The wheels are 18" WR1's.
Looking for fast road use setup, nothing to leary but will give a nice turn in but not destroy the tyres.
Could anyone give me a heads up? the place i normally use only have uk classics on there computer therefore i do want to check if it would be different for the type r and whats the best setup to use..
cheers all

The front is adjustable up to a point - you should be able to get -1.5deg neg camber out of it.
The rear isn't adjustable as such and -1.0deg is about the limit. However you can fit a set of really simple, cheap camber bolts to the rear struts, which does allow you to adjust the camber. So you'll be able to run -1.5 neg both front and rear, which is considered a nice amount for fast road use.
It's best to do the above with the Whiteline rear ARB (the smallest 22mm one is good for a not-too-nervous rear), their solid front and rear drop links and their front ALK mods. Then get it all set up by laser alignment in one fell swoop.
The handling will be night and day and put a large grin on your head...

Thanks for the advice joz, appreciated!
Ill get some of the camber bolts...are they available from the usual places like scooby clinic, scoobyparts etc? Ive been told before about the rear roll bar and drop links, there next on my purchase list as i have found the back end to be rather loose!
So its 1.5 negative on front and rears when the extra bits have been fitted?

List of them:-

Cheapest specifically stated for Impreza (but I think they're all the same regardless):-

Yes, -1.5 neg. front and rear is good for the road, as the cornering forces generated on the road with road tyres aren't mental like on the track...
