my 99 turbo 2000 full cat back induction kit and vf28 on it,car wont run properly not going over3500 rpm and dieing.error code 24 has come up and wanted to know what this could mean.think it may be maf,this is mates car that i sold him last year,any help please thanks

Error code 24 is indeed the MAF sensor, the cars really run like crap when the MAF fails.
