ngk pfr6b gapped to 0.7mm are a popular choice.

Or ngk pfr7b gapped to 0.65mm if your modded, they run a grade cooler

When you say modded what sort of mods do you mean? I.e what would be recomended for panel filter and full decat only?

As per Myblackwrx if they are our only mods and you are running standard boost
