Default Thinking of selling!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This car has been trouble from start to finish.
2.0 blew up so decided to go with a 2.5. got it all fiitted and its pouring smoke out the exhaust (oil). Checked the FMIC pipework and they were full of oil, so turbo seals I would gather. However bought a second hand 20g of a sn member who said it could do with a new seal kit. I have fitted the kit following the instuctions very carefully, so new bearings and seals fitted?.
Took turbo off to find fresh oil at the back of it.
Then thought i could use the original 16g internals as they were ok and chop the fan over (didn't fit) so swapped the 16g internals into the 20g (both TD05) by the way and refitted.
Smoke still billowing out and more oil in the fmic pipes.
Any help on this would be appreciated as i am very close to picking a hammer up and finishing the car off.

And on top of all this I have had to let Simon down as it was due for a remap at SRR tomorrow and I am gutted and feel like a right C**t for letting him down.

Cheers
Del

Hi Del, the oil could be from the breathers, if they are still connected to the inlet manifold. Try re-routing all your breathers to a catch can and watch out for it filling with oil.

Could still be an issue with the turbo...

Hello fella and thanks for the reply. As part of the install I have routed all the breathers to a catch tank and get no oil in there as yet.
