anyone have experience with pnp autronic ecu? been told theyre pretty good.....

i run autronic's in my car, good bit of kit, the cold start was a bit of a pain to get sorted. personaly i'd run a solris instead, wasn't available at the time i had mine.

Had Autronic on 3 previous cars, good ecu with some good functions, cold start can be abit spluttery but it can on alot of after market ecus

yeah mate can't agree more, although 3 trips and a few tweeks each time and it's now as good as gold, even when sat for two months

I don,t know whether it was the Autronic causing it on my Evo, BUT man did that car eat batteries....

not had that problem, touch wood (pats head lol)

the scoob rarely comes out of the garage now, perhaps once a month if that and its been on same battery for about 4-5 years

that,s good mate, 5 yrs on the battery..

Do you use a Battery Trickler Tidgy then to keep it charged??

nope, although when it does get used, it tends to be for longer length runs, in fact you've got me wondering about if that time frames right.

mmm, just looked at the reciepts and cant find any mention of new battery since i've had the car, heres a engine bay pick from 18 months ago,



and heres one from 2005



bats different so must have had one, can't for the life of me remember when though lol, but current one has been on for at least 18 months lol
