Ram air Induction Kit for Classic with FMIC?
Just wondered if anyones managed to fit a ram air induction kit to a classic with an FMIC?
There doesn't seem to be any kits currently available so I was thinking of maybe using a BMC CDA100-150 and routing it down the wing if I can squeeze it past the FMIC pipe or cutting a hole in the front of the engine bay if not . I think the O/S fog light cover is would be ideal place to mount the air feed.
Has anyone managed this or is it just more hassle than its worth?
Cheers

Ive got a fmic and have an HKS indction kit. Wasn't that bad to fit but is tight as ive got ABS aswell! I had to buy a reducer pipe and replace a bit of the intake pipe with that but it works and looks good!! So all in all its not that difficult just a reducer pipe and a bracket to secure the filter to the fixing point on the car.

if you go down the wing what would be the point of having the bmc?? lol.. you could just have a cold air feed from the fog or were eva and run straight to ur filter which is behind you wheel arch liner..

@shaggy6 The BMC would be in the engine bay and have a pipe running through the wing to the intake mounted on the front of the car. The idea is to feed the engine with as colder air as possible and use an air ram to try and put the air under a little extra pressure before it goes through the turbo.
