Default U/p blowing

I have a wrx 53 plate. I replaced the whole exhaust, turbo over a year ago, remap etc.... This weekend I notice excess noise coming from the front of the car. I believe the sti u/p flexi joint has a hole in it. Can I replace the u/p without removing the turbo, d/p etc..?

you can leave the turbo in place but have to remove the downpipe to access one of the nuts securing the up pipe to the the turbo, you will also have to undo the engine mounts so you can jack up the engine to allow the up pipe to come out from underneath
