few different versions of converters
but common one screws into the back of speedo then speedo cable screws into it.

other types connect by gearbox

Remember rowley::-

- Speedo converter fitted to a JDM binnacle... retain (or refit) the "180"-marked clocks required for reading in MPH.

- NO convertor to a JDM binnacle... replacement "110"-marked clocks required for reading in MPH.

Mines got the "110" clocks but is actully waaay out. If it says your doing 60 your actually doing about 43!!??

Mines not actually connected ATM but it makes no difference! I can guess my speed more acurately than my clock

as someone said your converter may go behind the clocks or on gearbox end of speedo cable, id try behind the clocks first it just plugs between clocks interface and the speedo cable ! but with this converter you will need the standard japanese 180 KM/H speedo card in place with the converter in the 180 KM will mean 180 MPH there after not that youll get that fast

oh and also to note the milage and trip meter will start to count in miles so write down how many KMS its done first

Indeed. The actual accuracy of the converter is another issue altogether!
