Default Check Engine Light. Code 32

Did the black and green wires diagnostic as my idle is hunting and it came up with this code. Think this means the lambda sensor in the downpipe has failed. Can anyone confirm if this is correct and whether it might be the cause of the idle problem?

Regards
James

ps - Am running with a decat downpipe.

Yeah 32 is O2/Lambda.

This is what caused lumpy idle in my old MY99
