Default What % of E85 are you running?

As title really.....also what bhp figures are you getting?

I thought E85 is a percentage. Does it not typically contains a mixture of up to 85% denatured ethanol and petrol??

Thanks for bringing this to light, i would have filled up a tank before a track day!

Fuel with ethanol is expressed as EXX where XX is the percentage of etahnol, normal unleaded can be upto E05, E10 is popular in places, E85 is 85% Ethanol.

@ the OP, what question did you try and ask? The one you did makes no sense!

what % of E85 are you running with your normal fuel 5%, 10%??

ive done some reading on it in the past but a week before my remap the bottom end went.

most people run 10-20%

power wise varies from car to car but usually see 10% power/tq increase.

Dynamix on here is a guru when it comes to info. pming him wont hurt

Im using 10litres of e85 to a tank of petrol. Havent got any figuires yet. I can say im using the same amout of boost whether i use the e85 map or the petrol map and it would appear on my car torque is increased by quite alot.
