Ive just fitted a blitz fmic to my99 turbo 2000 and its really nasty to drive
its lumpy one minuite and boosting the next. the cheep bov seems to be wistling even on thick over and just wont holp any preasure until well over 4000rpm, is this the cause of my lagy engine problems? also it is idling really low
any ideas

 

Has it been mapped since you fitted the front mount?

 

no and im also running a full 3" exhaust system

 

check for boost leaks! also i would look into a remap

 

sorted, the bvo is nackard, it leaking preasure causing it not to idle properly.
im having it maped soon anyway so it will be sorted properly soon.

 

It,d be wise to get it mapped fella imo, i had my FMIC fitted about 2 months ago and mapped same day by Bob R. car drives superb, i couldn,t notice any lag at all.....temps are alot better too...
