Anyone know the approx weight of an engine inc heads, sump and inlet/exhaust manifolds

i reckon about 300kg give or take a lb

That 300Kg seems a bit excessive I would think that its less than half of that.
Most of the engine is ally dont forget.

hi sorry now found out 220lbs so just under 100kg
