i noticed when installing a new after market zorst the car needs a day a so to run the zorst in. At first it does sound too loud & you think to yourself (s**t) i'm going to get in trouble with this! then like i say after a day or so it does calms down a tad & sound more relaxed & a deeper grunt to its tone you will enjoy it

Think it's more a case of you get used to it and it sounds a bit quieter.
For me its the opposite. When I fitted mine it just wasn't loud enough, now going to fit center, and decat down to release more of the rumble

nah mate, with me it defo was louder straight away! but i did put a decat on it straight away with the zorst & sounded like a crazy high reving tractor but after a day or so it smoothed out & had a deeper rumble try the decat parts & you will hear what i'm going on about

Yeah its too loud. Pull out of my road for the first time with it on. And what do i pull out in front of...a copper. Went slooooooowly and he followed me for about half a mile then pulled off. Few. lucky me.

At the moment the backbox is blowing, but even so i think its way too loud. It could possibly be the loudest scooby ive heard.

The exhaust is SUPER light tho, can pick it all up with 1 finger.

Might have to get a H&S from the group buy. When it stops raining ill sort the BB out properly and see if its still to loud. I suspect it will be.

It sounds INSANE on full chat, however on idle / no load its not noticable.

We shall see. ill post a video when im happy with the fitting.

exhaust aint blowing any more. That was because i used a jubilee clip. Now im using some exhaust tape and a proper clamp.

No idea if titanium is harder to weld. Never welded.

there is a slip joint from the center section to the rear back box. The center to the Downpipe is a flange.

Im in berkshire. A long way from newquay. But i had it posted to me so im sure i could post it to you if required.

not sure what you mean.

The cut on the end is verticle jap style. However the back box itself is at a slight angly jap style. if you know what i mean?

I'm not suprised that system is too loud for you mate. I've got a 2.5" straight through, with a 4" tail pipe and both cats in, and it still sometimes gets on my nerves!
