Road Noise

Default Road Noise

Hi guys i own a 2001 bugeye wagon it's the first subaru ive owned and love it but the problem is there seems to be alot of road noise coming from the tyres. Now is this just normal or do i need to replace some thing to quiten it down. at first i thought wheel bearings but on sorten bits of roads it shuts up completly any idea's

It is the tyres mate, pretty normal
Im sure some folks will give you advice on what tyres are quieter than others

takes a bit of getting used to, When I had mine almost 2 years ago I got the dealer to check all wheel bearings and diff, It came back as ok and I was told it was tyre noise. Still going strong so they must have been right.

Try using bridgestone tyres m8t there good ......
