Right as you know i have a R reg UK turbo
I have an Auto gauge boost gauge
So when driving the boost gauge says im boosting to just over 1bar (sometimes) then other days it hardly works at all - Wierd thing is it only seems to work in the mornings lol
I have checked all connections.
I also have a Blitz dtt turbo timer which has a boost gauge in it aswell and this works correct gives me the proper readings.
Why would by autogauge only be correct sometimes? Should i fully disconnect it an make sure there is no leaks in the clear pipe
Also should the car be making full boost in every gear?

I also have the same. To stop the hissing make sure there are no air leaks and push on firmly to gauge. The rattling stops if you use the T piece that comes with the gauge, it has a smaller hole for the pipe going to the gauge.
2nd Gear = 14 psi
3rd Gear = 16Psi
4th and 5th = 19Psi
2nd Gear = 14 psi
3rd Gear = 16Psi
4th and 5th = 19Psi
