Key fob,
Pretty sure they are no different to any other car and you should have 2. Best suggestion is to go back to dealer and push them to resolve. There is a key out there that will start your car, if you can't find it then you need to get another cut and programmed into your car and deprogram the missing one. Dealer or specialist i'm afraid.
I had this problem with my Focus runabout (got it well cheap so couldn't complain) and it cost me £15 at Timpsons for a plain immobiliser key cut (no buttons on fob) and £46 for a auto electrical specialist to program it. You could try a search for Auto Locksmiths Association :: ALA :: in your area.
