fuel pump question ???
hi guys just a quick one im thinking of upgrading my fuel pump on my my96 turbo to a walbro 255 ,the question is will i need to fit anything like a fuel press regulator or have it mapped to suit the extra pressure ?? cheers guys
Hi mate, you fitted the ARC TMIC yet?
Good idea to fit the Walbro, as your one will be getting tired and may deliver inconsistent fuel supply - not good. The fact that the Walbro will be brand new AND have upped flow rate will give peace of mind on that front.
The OEM FPR is fine in coping with the extra flow of fuel of the Walbro, so an adj.one is not required.
What are your modding plans, though?
