3 port boost solenoid
My car is surging/twitching a bit so i feel it's time to get a 3 port
I've had a look at perrin and it seems you can run them in 2 port mode until you have the car remapped where you change it to 3 port is this true?
My car twitches on part throttle so it's really bugging me.

A three port boost solenoid allows the mapper to have finer control over the boost, especially at higher levels when remapping.
I've never heard of a case where someone has had to switch to a 3 port simply because their car was surging.
I have the Perrin one fitted to my car. Nice piece of kit. Got mine from the states when the exchange rate was good and basically picked one up for half the price I would have paid if bought in the UK.

Well i think ive sorted the problem, i basically drowned the thing in carb cleaner.
Can't you run the perrin in 2 port mode if need be, i have a remap later on this year so it'll make sense to have it on.
