You want a 100% Ester fully synth brand e.g. Millers, Silkolene. Motul, Mobil etc.
Low temp 'Winter' SAE needs to be 5W, 10W or 15W (preferably the latter two). The hot SAE needs to be 40 or 50 (60 considered too thick in today's modern motors).
Might be a good idea to fit a 15W-50 in an engine with that milage...
