Default headlight adjusting?

Howdy,

probably a stupid question....

The car had just passed its M.O.T and the adviser said my headlight aim is a little bit low.

Its a v3 sti ra with manual lights, how can I adjust the height of the beam???

Cheers

Not too sure if it's the same as mine (93wrx) but on the drivers side headlight there is a bolt nearest the wing that sticks out horizontally, not too sure about the passenger side one though.

Personally if the guy passed it and said it's a bit low why didn't he sort it for you would have only taken a few minutes.
My last MOT the i had a similar problem and the guy who did mine sorted on the spot.

Don't mess with it without a beam tester, chances are you'll get it wrong; too high and it blinds drivers.

You should have got the tester to adjust them for you. Might still do it for a drink, as its only a 2 minute job (presuming the adjusters haven't broken).

On my Crystal lights there is hexagon stud/bolt at the top towards the grill and a phillips screwdriver screw facing up at you positioned lower down towards the wings.
Bolt for left to right, screw for up and down..... ....super easy.
