Question apexi question

i have seen a few apexi pf comanders on here going for good prices would it be possible to plug straight in to mine if it had the same mods that the car it came off off or would i have to be mapped again i pretty sure it would have to be mapped again but thought i would just ask to keep myself on the safe side before doing any thing rash like buying one ,steven

youve no idea what map is in it, or how its been setup so a mapping is a must

Don't mean to be pedantic but, for the record, the 'Commander' is the Power FC ECU's hand controller/monitor device, which plugs into the side of the PFC (but I'm sure you already know that, etc).

right iv got the chance to get one my car is a 1992 wrx so would that make mine deffo the 4 plug type

yes im just going to get all parts i require before fitting before i get it mapped

hybrid fmic
440"s
ported headers and up pipe

iv also got a full decat on the car
and a k&n fillter and a td05

any ideas what my car woud be roughly producing when mapped JGM

they vary lots but usually 300~320
