Help - No Power steering

Help my Scoobs not very well - MY95WRX Scooby.
The power steering stopped working completely this morning but has come back to life, though is now heavy and doesn't feel right. Reservoir is full, no leaks on the rack/pump.
Anyone had any experience of this?
