Default Engine Removal

Soon i will be removing the engine out of my 2001 wrx bug-eye. Never done it before so i wanted to ask if theres any tips, anything to look out for anything that may help.

Make sure you pull the clutch arm pin out before you try to lift the motor

Don't forget to remove the AFR sensor, screwed into the drivers ex. manifold as I did, that ain't a cheap thing to replace and it's real easy to rip the wires when the buggers swinging about even when unplugged!! Having said that Just Lambdas up north (to me) do a U.S replacement for £115 delivered, right plug on the end, a lot better than £312 from a main stealer.
